1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Dream 77 App ("Application", "App", "Service"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "You", "Your") and Dream 77 App ("We", "Us", "Our", "Company") governing your use of the Dream 77 mobile application and related services.

By accessing, downloading, installing, or using the Dream 77 App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Application and delete it from your device.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To use the Dream 77 App, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction.
• Geographic Location: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where participation in skill-based gaming applications is permitted by law.
• Single Account: You may only maintain one active account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Personal Use: The App is for personal, non-commercial use only.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To use the Dream 77 App, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including:

• Valid mobile number
• Email address
• Other required personal information

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use of your account
• Ensuring that you log out from your account at the end of each session

4. App Usage and Restrictions

4.1 Permitted Use

You may use the Dream 77 App for lawful purposes only, in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

4.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using automated scripts, bots, or other automated means to access the Service
• Attempting to hack, crack, modify, or otherwise alter the App
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any portion of the App
• Engaging in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Service
• Using the App for any fraudulent or illegal purpose
• Sharing your account credentials with any third party
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Harassing, abusing, or harming other users
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations

5. Financial Transactions and Virtual Currency

5.1 Virtual Currency

Dream 77 App uses virtual currency ("Coins", "Points") that can be earned through gameplay or purchased with real money. This virtual currency:

• Has no monetary value outside the App
• Cannot be redeemed for cash except as specifically permitted
• Is non-transferable between accounts
• Expires according to the terms specified in the App

5.2 Purchases and Payments

All purchases of virtual currency are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the specified amount.

5.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawals of earnings are subject to the following conditions:

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Dream 77 App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by the Company and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include:

• Resale or commercial use of the App
• Distribution, public performance, or public display
• Modification or creation of derivative works
• Use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering tools
• Downloading (other than page caching) of any portion of the App

7. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the App, you consent to our collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. User Content and Conduct

8.1 User Generated Content

You are solely responsible for any content you post, upload, or otherwise make available through the App ("User Content"). You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to the User Content
• The User Content does not violate any third-party rights
• The User Content complies with all applicable laws

8.2 Content Standards

User Content must not:

• Contain any material that is defamatory, obscene, or offensive
• Promote violence, discrimination, or illegal activities
• Infringe any patent, trademark, or copyright
• Contain unsolicited promotional content
• Impersonate any person or entity

9. Termination and Account Suspension

We may, at our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your account and access to the App if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms
• We are required to do so by law
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• You violate the rights of other users
• For any other reason at our discretion

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the App will immediately cease
• You must cease all use of the App
• Any virtual currency in your account may be forfeited
• We may delete your account information

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

10.1 No Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Continuous or error-free operation

10.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Dream 77 App, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses
• Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions
• Statements or conduct of any third party on the App

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dream 77 App, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from:

• Your use of and access to the App
• Your violation of any term of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party right
• Any claim that your User Content caused damage to a third party

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12.2 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through the following process:

1. Negotiation: Parties shall attempt to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiation for 30 days.
2. Mediation: If negotiation fails, parties shall attempt mediation through a mutually agreed mediator.
3. Arbitration: If mediation fails, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration in Mumbai, India.

Jurisdiction: The courts in Mumbai, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes not subject to arbitration.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our App after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the App.

15. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Dream 77 App regarding your use of the App.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

15.3 No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

15.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms at our sole discretion.

15.5 Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations hereunder where such failure results from any cause beyond our reasonable control.
